Motion to Stay Proceedings
Defendant moves to stay proceedings through a plea in abatement on the basis that an appeal is pending based upon the same claims in another class action and the current case is abated pending resolution of that appeal. Alternatively, moving party requests that the court use its inherent discretion to stay the action pending resolution of the appeal.
