Complaint Against Landlord for Failure to Maintain Property in Habitable Condition
Plaintiff renters sue landlord for breach of warranty of habitability, quiet enjoyment, nuissance, et al., where landlord failed to keep rental property in a habitable condition. Property had excessive noise, dust, mold, and other poor conditions.
