Opposition to Motion for Preliminary Injunction - Unlawful Detainer
Plaintiff owner of property served a notice to vacate to former home owners following a foreclosure sale and tenants filed a motion for preliminary injunction and alleged that they were discriminated against since plaintiff will not sell the property back to them. This opposition argues that the motion is outside the scope of the issues, plaintiff does not have to allow former owners to buy the home back, and the former home owners cannot afford to buy the house in any event.
