Motion for Earnings Withhold Order
Plaintiff obtained a judgment which has not been satisfied. This motion seeks a withhold of earnings order against the judgment debtor's spouse, on the basis that they were married at the time of the judgment and that the community can therefore be charged with the unsatisfied debt.
