Opposition to Motion for Summary Judgment - Trip and Fall
Property manager of abutting property moves for summary judgment on the basis that they did not own the sidewalk that plaintiff claims to have been injured on, and plaintiff counters here that defendants exercised control over the property and benefitted from it so they can be liable for the injury.
