Complaint for Personal Injury - Car Accident
Plaintiff alleges that defendants negligently entrusted, managed, maintained, drove and operated their motor vehicle so as to proximately cause said motor vehicle to collide with Plaintiffs vehicle, and thereby cause the described injuries and damages to Plaintiff.
Damages prays for the following damages:
1. General damages according to proof;
2. Loss of earnings, medical expenses and all incidental expenses according to
proof;
3. Costs of suit;
4. Pre-judgnent interest; and,
5. Such other and further relief as the Court deems proper.
