Opposition to Motion for Summary Adjudication - Breach of Non-Competition Agreement
Plaintiff opposes defendant's summary adjudication motion on plaintiff's claims for breach of a non-competition agreement, intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, and intentional misreprentation on the basis that the claims are subject to the discovery rule relating to statute of limitations so they are not barred by the applicable statutes and that there are disputed issues of material fact as to all causes of action.
