Complaint for Uninhabitable Conditions and Retaliatory Eviction
Plaintiff complains against defendant landlord on the basis that defendant breached the warranty of habitability and filed an unlawful detainer action against plaintiff in retaliation for plaintiff's complaints of uninhabitable conditions. Also states causes of action for breach of contract, private nuissance and breach of quiet enjoyment.
