Opposition to Motion to Change Venue
Plaintiff opposes defendant's motion to change venue and for attorneys fees on the basis that plaintiff performed his duties in the forum where the action was filed and that is where the discrimination occurred. Alternatively, plaintiff asks for leave to amend.
