Complaint for Financial Elder Abuse and Fraud
Plaintiff's complaint against defendants, who are individuals and corporations. The complaint alleges that defendants formed shell corporations to protect themselves from personal liability, and used the corporations to defraud elderly plaintiffs out of money through a scheme to obtain a loan in their name and give plaintiffs gauranteed returns over time. The complaint seeks to pierce the corporate veil, and contains causes of action for financial elder abuse, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, conversion, negligence, infliction of emotional distress, claim and delivery, and for an injunction.
