oops, I am sorry. This was all for California. The database ont his site has not expanded to the rest of the country yet, but will in a few weeks. I hope someone sees your request in georgia though and answers. All the best.

This is not legal advice at all:
but in a civil case you would use a discovery tool, like a request for production of documents and things. If the video is not provided by the opposing party then you would file a motion to compel. Just type "compel" into the search bar above and you will find lots of them.

In a cirminal case you would start with an informal discovery request:

Then they have 15 days to comply. You will get some argument from some DA's as to which discoery is appropriate for trial or you get anytime.

but then if they don't give you what you want you file a motion to compel, similar to a civil case: here is one for a criminal case
