Response to Motion to Sever

I am a new attorney needing caselaw and verbiage for my response to a motion to sever. I combined 3 plaintiffs in a civil case against the same defendant. While the damages didnt happen during the same transaction or occurrence, there is a pattern by the municipal defendant of excessive force.

Unfortunately, ExampleMotion.com has not reached many attorneys out of California yet. We are about to begin a national campaign, and will include Alabama in that campaign.
